Any personal information we obtain is entered by you when submitting Landing Page forms, Website Registration forms or surveys.

In QRS Trading Landing Page forms we may ask for your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Country and State and Company Type.
In Website Registration forms we may ask for First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email Address, Merchandise Delivery Address, Phone Number, Cell Phone, Mobile Carrier, Language, How you heard about us, Main type of business, if you already have an Account Manager with us, if you have previously worked with us, your website URL, years in business, if you have purchased customer returns before and what are you looking to purchase.

Only QRS Trading Inc. account managers and QRS Trading Inc. team members can view this data, exclusively for operational and software improvement purposes.

SALES POLICY
Unless otherwise agreed all Orders must be paid in full within 48 hours. All Goods Sold AS-IS. Seller makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied and without limitations, of merchandise marketability. All Sales are Final. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges. QRSTrading works with a variety of different product conditions & will always stand by our listings and aim to advertise products properly and as accurately as possible. Almost of our listings are untested Customer Return Loads and as such the product conditions of the items inside the load can vary greatly.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Forwarders/Carriers should have the load # and their port cut-off date when they call for an appointment.
- Load #: verify that it is at that location and released.
- Port cut-off: we will do our best to schedule you before the cut-off.
- Appointments:
- We function in appointment times, and we expect your drivers to be here on time or early. Our dock opens for international loads at 9am and closes at 2pm (latest appointment is 1pm). LAX hour
- Forwarder/Carrier MUST call at least 2 days in advance of desired pick-up date. If a truck arrives without an appointment, it will be turned away.
- Example: 9am, 10:30am, 12pm
- The coordinator has the final say over the availability of an appointment date/time.
- If early, and another load is in the dock, the driver will be directed to wait.
- We do understand that things will come up that cannot be controlled. If the driver is late or unable to make it, we expect a phone call/email informing us of the change/ETA status as soon as possible – either from the Forwarder or Carrier dispatch/driver.
- If the Forwarder/Carrier must pick up multiple loads and we are unable to assist them on the same day, we will schedule the load for the next available appointment.
- ALWAYS request a 40HC container; we cannot load into any other sized container.
- NOTE: Central America loads require extra attention/labor at the dock to be loaded, we must have at least a 2-hour window between appointments.
- Examples: 9am and 11am/12pm/1pm
- A load can take up to an hour and a half to load once the pallets are on the dock, depending on the difficulty of the pallets.
- We provide the following:
- Bill of Lading
- 2 copies to the driver
- 1 scanned copy to the forwarder [if requested]
- Weight sheet
- scanned copy to forwarder [if requested]
- Seal # (which will be listed on the BOL)
